    • request from us the record or a description of the personal information about the user held, including information about the identity of all third parties, or categories of third parties, who have, or have had, access to the personal information at a reasonable fee charged by us within a reasonable time from the date of receipt of such request.

  1. The use of our website and any electronic transaction concluded with us are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any user accesses our website from locations outside of the Republic of South Africa, that user is responsible for compliance with all local laws.
